Don’t think twice of staying here

A perfect home+base for exploring this magnificant part of northern Navarra. We had prepared more plans than were possible to complete ,however with Isidro’s vast local knowledge we completed 5 days of fantastic experiences-sights with food combined. We also ventured as far as El bosque de Itatí which although a long day was the best road trip of our lives. The Valley de Baztan is full of wonders whether driving by day or by night..Mountains can be scaled by foot and by car. The options for light or heavy walking are numerous and it is impossible not to take a dip in the many rivers and lakes. It is a valley full of history and wonder. Cream on the cake was Isidro´s home, beautifully restored with two guests bedrooms which simply cry out “relax and sleep like a log. Isidro-a big hug from your 3 guests! Two weeks after our visit we toped up on our memories watching Jose Diaz´s wonderful film “Cien dias de Soledad” Filmed in Asturias, but what memories it revived of our experiences in your corner. pd: recuerda “PC”
